Børge Mogensen Daybed

Monumental Scandinavian modern daybed designed by Børge Mogensen for Fredericia Stolefabrik, Denmark. Oak veneered frame with solid oak edges and tapered base. The frame is in very good vintage condition with some traces of use and refinished with oil. New mattress covered with an almond coloured and ultra soft fabric.

Børge Mogensen is a master of elegant simplicity with a good sense of proportion and use of materials. His designs have a perfect balance between aesthetics, ease of use and comfort.
